DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Lock-N-Load does not require you to create an account to shop on our site you are able to checkout as a guest and still have features that may or may not be limited. If you create an account you will be subscribed to our newsletter and receive first access and notifications to any deals and upcoming promotions.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the Lock-N-Load facility. If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service here.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested and you will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped, if you do not receive your tracking number you can obtain by contacting us here.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders from Lock-N-Load ship out usually within 2 days of order transit times are typically 5-7 days after day of shipment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via email here.
HOW WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED?
We only charge your credit card at the time of shipment this is typically within 2 days of placing the order.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. * The credit card must have a United States billing address.
All products are covered under our standard warranty which covers any pieces received with manufactures defects. These defects must be reported to Lock-N-Load within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
WHAT IS A CVV CODE?
A Card Verification Value is the three-digit code located on the back of your credit card in the top right of the signature panel or with American express it is located above the account number to the right on the front of the card.
IS LOCK-N-LOAD SECURE?
Lock-N-Load is 100% secure we use an advanced SSL (secure socket layer) to encrypt any pages that require user input (the checkout process) we also use advanced firewall technology to keep your information safe while on our site. We do NOT store any credit card information on our servers at all.
HOW DO I FILE A RETURN?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery (damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours). Please contact us here.
WHAT IS LOCK-N-LOAD’S RETURN POLICY?
Lock-N-Loads accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept used products as returns under any circumstances. All returns must have a valid RMA number.
We go through great lengths to provide an accurate representation of our products through detailed descriptions, videos, and high resolution photos.
• Returns due to personal preference will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.
In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a Lock-N-Load provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label.
WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN?
Our warehouse has been trained in how to correctly package glass products to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with Lock-N-Load within 2 days of delivery.
• You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
• Lock-N-Load will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.

CAN I RETURN A BROKEN ITEM?

CAN I RETURN A USED ITEM?
We do not accept returns on used items. There are no exceptions to this rule.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours (item must be unused in order to qualify for a refund or credit). Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
